Role Title: Employee Valuation Proposition (EVP) Intern

The PeopleKind Group is a unique group of For Purpose organisations that are making a significant impact on the Western Australian community. We understand that our current and future success is linked to being able to attract and retain the best people who not only have the right skills but also the right heart. We want to do a deeper dive into the Employee Valuation Proposition (EVP) that we currently offer - both the 'advertised' and the 'experienced' and understand what is working and what is missing and to develop a refreshed EVP that makes a difference. The Intern would lead a combination of qualitative and quantitative research that provides deep insights into the current views of our employees. The intern would then complete a review of other organisations, trends and research and combine all of these to present a recommended EVP that would apply to our group framework.
