Role Title: Digital Content Intern

The intern will be tasked with developing and implementing work to educate the Education and Care Regulatory Unit (ECRU) workforce in the use of systems by way of tutorials. Script, record and produce tutorials for staff inductees on ECRU use of CRM using MS Stream and Vyond. The primary stakeholders that the intern will interact with will be:The Assessment Team Trainer(s), Management Group (Unit), Senior Officers (Unit) and Business Improvement Officers within Department of Communities.
